A Note from Sara
I started this newsletter because I was frustrated. Frustrated that every skincare article assumed readers were 25. Frustrated that menopause was treated like some embarrassing secret. Frustrated that women my age were either ignored or sold overpriced "miracle" products.
This newsletter is what I wish had existed when I started this journey. Real information from someone who's actually living it—not a 28-year-old influencer who's "totally passionate about anti-aging."
Every Tuesday, I share what I've learned, what I've tried, and what actually works. No sponsored content, no affiliate-driven recommendations (okay, sometimes, but I'll always tell you). Just honest advice from one woman to another.
See you in your inbox,
Sara
Questions? I've Got Answers.
How often will I hear from you?
The main Glow Letter goes out every Tuesday. You might also get occasional bonus content or early access announcements—but never more than 2-3 emails per week, and usually just one.
Is this really free?
100% free. No credit card, no "premium tier" upsell, no hidden catches. The newsletter is supported by the AI tools on this site (also free) and eventually, affiliate partnerships I'll always disclose.
What if I already know a lot about skincare?
Perfect! I go deeper than surface-level tips. We talk about ingredient interactions, the science behind why things work (or don't), and strategies specifically for mature and menopausal skin. Even skincare veterans learn something new.
Will you sell my email or spam me?
Absolutely not. Your email stays between us. I hate spam as much as you do—probably more, because I'm the one who'd have to write it. You can unsubscribe with one click, anytime.
I'm not going through menopause yet. Is this for me?
Yes! While I talk about menopause often (because I'm living it), the skincare advice applies to anyone 40+. And honestly, the earlier you start thinking about this stuff, the better.

Why Skincare Education Matters After 50
The beauty industry has a youth obsession problem. Most skincare advice is written for—and tested on—women in their 20s and 30s. But skin at 50, 55, or 60+ operates differently. Hormone fluctuations, decreased collagen production, changes in oil levels, and the cumulative effects of sun exposure all require a fundamentally different approach.
That's why generic "anti-aging" tips often don't work for mature skin. Retinol that's perfect for a 35-year-old might be too harsh for post-menopausal skin. The "drink more water" advice ignores that hormone-related skin changes require targeted hydration strategies. And those Instagram skincare routines with 12 steps? Not designed for skin that needs gentler, more intentional care.
The Glow Club newsletter fills this gap. Every week, you'll get skincare education specifically designed for women navigating midlife and menopause—the stuff mainstream beauty media ignores. From ingredient deep-dives (what actually works for mature skin) to practical routines (that don't take 45 minutes), to honest product reviews (by someone who actually has the skin you have), this newsletter is the beauty education we all deserve.
